The Mountain Paths is a collection of long-form writing about two big ideas: human consciousness and our relationship to The Divine, written by Thomas Wilson-Cook.

About the name

The name The Mountain Paths comes from an analogy: that there are many paths up the same mountain.

Big questions like "where does consciousness come from?" and "is there a god?" haven't stopped spawning new answers (yet). I remind myself to think from the optimist's vantage point: that anyone engaging in good faith with these questions is charting a path up the same mountain.
